I have definitely been having fun posing around the new Grey Beast figure. It's just so easy getting him in poses that seem natural for Beast with the new sculpt and articulation they have been using for the last three Beast figures. I'm definitely hoping we see more versions of Beast on this buck, and I'm hoping for a redo of the Astonishing X-Men Beast from a few years ago.

For this shot, I wanted a pretty simple setup with Beast crouching on some rocks. I used my Tamashii Nations rocks for the base, and used the Tamashii Nations flame effects for the flames in the background.I used two LumeCubes to light the flames, and I am always happy with the glow on the flames you get when using the cubes. I went with my LumeCube Panel Minis to light Beast from the front, and used one TaoTronics desk lamp to light Beast from behind and the other to light the starry back drop.

I took a variant with a plain black background as well, but I was much happier with the version with the starry background. It just adds more depth to the photo versus the solid black background.
